The adventures of an education volunteer's life in Phnom Srok district in Banteay Meanchey. I come from a primary education background in the UK and have lived in London for the last 7ish years. Not sure what, but something made me decide to pack up house and home and volunteer with VSO (Volunteer Services Overseas) and they promptly sdent me and skills in education to a relatively remote placement in the North-west of Cambodia. Initially intended as a way of communicating my new life to friends and family, I thoroughly enjoy writing my blogspot on this wonderful country, the fantastic people I meet and the experiences I'm enjoying.
